Quick Start

Go from zero to a professional proposal in 5 minutes.

Step 1: Create Your Account

1. Go to bootsagentai.com/signup and create a free account
2. Verify your email address
3. Complete the onboarding flow — tell Boots AI about your business

Step 2: Train Your Brain

The Brain is how Boots AI learns about your business. During onboarding, you'll be asked to add:

• Your services — What you offer and typical pricing
• Your voice — How you write (formal, casual, technical)
• Case studies — Past wins that AI can reference in proposals

You can always update these later in Brain Settings.

Step 3: Create Your First Proposal

From the dashboard, click New Proposal and choose a method:

• Chat — Describe the client and project in a conversation
• Notes — Paste meeting notes or an RFP
• Agent — Give a brief and let AI research and generate

Boots AI will generate a professional proposal with:

• Service descriptions pulled from your catalog
• Pricing based on your rate card
• Your brand voice and tone
• A structured layout ready to share

Step 4: Review and Send

1. Review the generated proposal in the editor
2. Make any adjustments — pricing, scope, wording
3. Click Share to generate a tracking link
4. Send the link to your client

Step 5: Track Engagement

Once shared, you can see:

• When the client opens the proposal
• How long they spend reading
• Whether they return for a second look

Use this intelligence to time your follow-up perfectly.
